Hercules Capital prices $400 mln 6.70% notes due 2029

Hercules Capital, Inc. announced it has priced an underwritten public offering of $400.0 million in aggregate principal amount of 6.70% notes due October 2029. The closing is subject to customary conditions and delivery is expected Oct. 8, 2026.
