Trinity Industries to defend against UTLX petition on Mexico tank car imports

Trinity Industries is aware of and will defend against an antidumping and countervailing duty petition filed by UTLX Manufacturing, a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary, targeting railway tank car imports from Mexico. Trinity will participate fully in the proceedings.
