Spyre Therapeutics launches public offering of common stock

Spyre Therapeutics launched an underwritten public offering of common stock, with underwriters having a 30-day option to buy up to 15% additional shares. Proceeds are earmarked for immunology pipeline development, including SPY072 work in hidradenitis suppurativa. Deal terms, pricing, size, and timing are not yet disclosed.
