Saber-Hightower breaks ground on $140 million residential tower in Yonkers

Saber-Hightower, Rafferty Real Estate, and Eagle Realty Group have begun construction of The Ibex at Ridge Hill, a 17-story, 282-unit rental building in Yonkers. The project, financed by Bank OZK, is valued at $140 million, with first units expected in late 2028.
