Anora signs exclusive Bacardi distribution deal for Sweden, Norway

Anora Group Plc agreed an exclusive distribution deal for Bacardi’s portfolio in Sweden and Norway, with annualised net sales estimated at €25–30M. The term runs to end-Q1 2031, with up to €5M of estimated sales in Q4 2026; 2026 EBITDA guidance was unchanged.
