CECO Environmental to Transfer Listing to Texas Stock Exchange

CECO Environmental has notified Nasdaq of its decision to voluntarily withdraw its primary listing and transfer to the Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE). Trading on Nasdaq is expected to cease after market close on October 16, 2026, with trading on TXSE commencing on October 19, 2026.
