OCG Sprott warrants expire, partially diluted stake drops to 20.8%

Eric Sprott’s 11,363,636 warrants in Outcrop Silver & Gold expired unexercised, reducing his partially diluted ownership from about 22.6% to 20.8%; his non-diluted stake remains about 18.6%.
