Prismic Life Reinsures ~$5B Prudential Whole Life Policies

Prismic Life Holding Company, LP has agreed to reinsure approximately $5 billion in reserves associated with USD-denominated Japanese whole life policies. Prudential's policyholder obligations and contract administration remain unchanged.
