Big cap premarket movers on Brazil, PCVX, PTC

Brazil names traded higher after Bolsonaro beat expectations in the presidential vote. PCVX rose on positive topline data from OPUS-1, while PTC gained after news it will be acquired by Schneider Electric. RXO, ALVO, DKNG and EL also moved on acquisition, FDA and analyst updates.
