Intel shares fell after Elon Musk confirmed he is in “discussions” with rival chipmaker Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. about his planned Terafab chipmaking project. Shares of Intel slipped on Monday, while Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. shares also moved lower.
