Advanced Drainage Systems to Acquire StormTrap Investments for $530M

Advanced Drainage Systems plans to acquire stormwater-solutions company StormTrap Investments for about $530 million from private investment firm PSP Partners. ADS said Monday the transaction supports its efforts to expand its product portfolio in growing high-demand categories.
