Sino Green Land to Acquire 80% of Hi-Quality Productions for $1.8M

Sino Green Land has entered into an agreement to acquire 80% of Hi-Quality Productions for $1.8 million in a cash-and-stock deal. The acquisition aims to expand Sino Green Land's presence in the U.S. RPET market.
