Schneider Electric To Acquire PTC For $205 Per Share In All-Cash Deal, Implied Enterprise Value Of $23.7B - Sources

France's Schneider Electric EURONEXT:SU said on Monday it has agreed to buy PTC NASDAQ:PTC in an all-cash deal for $205 per share, valuing PTC's equity at about $22.6 billion.The transaction is expected to close by the third quarter of 2027, Schneider Electric added.
