Citi Analyst: City Developments Likely to Join Singapore Land Tenders

Citi analyst Brandon Lee stated that City Developments is expected to actively participate in Singapore's four land tenders in the fourth quarter. The property developer has an inventory cycle of approximately 1.6 years with about 2,500 unsold units.
