Trump announces $90 Medicare payments for Part B enrollees

The administration said more than 20 million Medicare enrollees will receive a one-time $90 payment to help offset Part B premium costs, funded by the $2 billion Medicare Improvement Fund. Payments are expected to begin in early October.
