Larsen & Toubro in talks to sell stake in clean energy unit to Itochu

Engineering conglomerate Larsen & Toubro is in discussions with Japan's Itochu Corporation to sell a minority stake in its wholly-owned clean energy unit. Itochu is also reportedly partnering with L&T Energy GreenTech (LTEGL) to develop and commercialize a 300 MW solar project.
