Planet Green Holdings Launches ATM Program With Craft Capital

Planet Green Holdings has entered into an at-the-market (ATM) sales agreement with Craft Capital, enabling it to offer and sell its common stock. The company estimates it can sell up to approximately $22.54 million over a 12-month period.
