Chilwa Minerals Completes $3.5M Offering With Warrants

Chilwa Minerals Limited has successfully closed a public offering, raising $3.5 million in gross proceeds through the sale of 625,000 ADSs and 625,000 warrants priced at $5.60 per unit. The warrants are exercisable immediately at $5.60 and have a five-year expiration. The underwriter exercised an option to purchase an additional 92,000 warrants.
