Voya Investment Management Sets Oct. 13 Trading Halt for IAE, IHD Ahead of Reorgs

Voya Investment Management announced that shareholders approved reorganizations to merge IAE and IHD into the Multi-Manager Emerging Markets Equity Fund. Trading in IAE and IHD will cease on October 13, 2026, with closings expected after October 16, subject to conditions.
