Nano Nuclear Energy to Acquire Radnostix Fuel Assets for $9.5M Cash, Stock

Nano Nuclear Energy has entered an Asset Purchase Agreement to acquire U.S. nuclear fuel processing assets from Radnostix and International Isotopes Fluorine Products. The deal includes $9.5 million in cash and $4 million in stock at closing.
