Miner prices $400M of 7.50% senior notes due 2032

Miner Minerals Technologies Inc. (MTX) has priced a $400 million private offering of 7.500% senior notes due 2032. The company plans to use the proceeds from this offering to redeem its outstanding 2028 notes.
