Archer Aviation: US court narrows Joby Aero lawsuit claims

Archer Aviation (ACHR) announced that the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, in a ruling dated September 29, narrowed the claims against the company in litigation brought by Joby Aero. The court dismissed certain trade-secret and contract-related claims, as well as Archer's counterclaims.
