MineralRite Buys 3.92M Preferred Shares for $106.7M

MineralRite executed a series of transactions on Sept. 30, 2026, repurchasing 3,919,388 Series NMC Preferred shares for $106.7 million via a non-interest-bearing note and permanently capping the related sinking fund at $269 million.
