Pinnacle Silver and Gold Corp. has closed the second and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising total gross proceeds of $1.65 million. The company issued 15.0 million units at $0.11 per unit, with each unit including half a warrant exercisable at $0.16 for 24 months. The funds will be used for the El Potrero project, evaluations, and general working capital.
