Netel Holding AB Delays Bond Issue Until Post-Infrea Merger

Netel Holding AB has decided to postpone the issuance of SEK-denominated senior secured bonds until after its merger with Infrea is completed. This decision follows a recent successful rights and over-allotment issue that raised approximately SEK 149M.
