Bitcoin (BTC) surged past $87,000 on Friday, reaching $87,229 on Bitstamp, as US jobs data failed to meet expectations. The weak labor market data also contributed to a further fall in bond yields.
Bitcoin (BTC) jumped above $87,000 on Friday after US jobs data came in weaker than expected. TradingView data showed BITSTAMP:BTCUSD reaching $87,229 on Bitstamp, close to an eight-month high. Bond yields fell further following the soft labor-market report.
