Biogen Reports Phase 2 CLE Gains for Litifilimab

Biogen reported 52-week Phase 2 AMETHYST data in cutaneous lupus, with 27.2% of patients on litifilimab achieving clear or almost clear skin by Week 52. Placebo crossovers to litifilimab showed rapid benefit.
