Ellison: Paramount, Warner Bros. Merger Will Operate Under Skydance Name

Paramount Chairman and CEO David Ellison stated that the combined Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery entity will operate under the Skydance name. He emphasized that this new identity is not intended to overwrite the historical brands of the two studios.
