Qben Infra Divests Team Bygg, Cuts Debt By ~NOK 33.8M

Qben Infra AB (publ) has agreed to sell Team Bygg AS to Emercor. The transaction is expected to cut consolidated debt by approximately NOK 33.8 million. The deal includes a potential earn-out of up to NOK 100 million over 30 months.
