Cable One Extends MBI Purchase Closing With GTCR to Oct. 9, 2026

Cable One amended its Purchase Agreement to extend the anticipated closing date for acquiring the remaining equity interests in Mega Broadband Investments. The parties, including GTCR affiliates, agreed to move the target closing from October 1, 2026 to October 9, 2026.
