StoneX Group to Acquire Coffee Trader Integra
StoneX Group has agreed to acquire Integra Trading, a coffee bean trader and processor. Integra will join StoneX's Supply and Trading physical commodities business.
StoneX Group agreed to acquire Integra Trading, a trader and processor of coffee beans. StoneX said Integra, which has a footprint in Colombia, will be acquired by its trading entity in Switzerland. The company will join StoneX's Supply and Trading physical commodities business.
