Rithm Capital Forms JV for NYC Tower, Retains Majority Stake

Rithm Capital has closed a joint venture with a DRA Advisors fund for the ownership of 1301 Avenue of the Americas. Rithm, through Elecor, will maintain majority ownership and manage the fully leased, 1.7 million square foot Midtown Manhattan tower.
