Quince Therapeutics Board Shakeup: Directors Resign, New Appointments Made

Quince Therapeutics is set to undergo a board reshuffle with the conditional resignation of directors June Bray, David Lamond, and Christopher Senner. Their departure is contingent on the approval of three stockholder proposals at the Oct. 6, 2026 special meeting.
