Bata India Appoints Sanjay S. Rao as MD & CEO

Bata India has appointed Sanjay S. Rao as its new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1, 2026. Rao brings over two decades of retail and consumer experience to the role, succeeding Gunjan Shah.
