Bank of Nova Scotia Upsizes Share Buyback Program to 40M Shares

Bank of Nova Scotia has received regulatory approval to expand its share repurchase program to up to 40 million shares for cancellation. The Canadian lender received approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange and the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions.
