Transglobal Management Group Reclaims Control from GetGolf After Payment Default

Transglobal Management Group executed an Unwind and Settlement Agreement to reverse a prior change-of-control with GetGolf following an uncured payment default. The unwind canceled 200 outstanding Series A Preferred control shares surrendered by GetGolf designees.
