Transglobal Management names CEO, chairman; Foster, Kirchhoff resign

Marc Angell has been appointed Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Transglobal Management, effective September 30, 2026. His appointment follows the resignations of Jeff Foster and Kelly Kirchhoff from their officer roles.
