Angel Studios Revises TCP Merger, Modifies Stock Consideration

Angel Studios has entered into a Second Amended and Restated Agreement and Plan of Merger for its acquisition of Toothy Cow Productions. The revision reallocates stock consideration by introducing 439,127 Preferred Reallocation Shares and reducing Incentive Shares to 77,493.
