TNL Mediagene To Sell Japan Unit For $5.5M In CEO-Led MBO

TNL Mediagene has entered a definitive agreement to sell all shares of its Japanese business for $5.5 million via a management buyout led by its CEO. The deal includes at least $2.5 million in cash at closing and the remainder via a secured note maturing December 31, 2026. Closing is anticipated by October 30, 2026.
