Gunvor rebrands as Centalion, plans Singapore redomicile

Commodities trader Gunvor announced it has rebranded as Centalion and intends to move its domicile to Singapore from Cyprus. This move follows a management buyout in December 2025 and aims to leverage Singapore's legal framework and trading infrastructure.
