Flowco Holdings Closes $113M Lifting Solutions Acquisition

Flowco Holdings Inc. completed its acquisition of Lifting Solutions for approximately $113 million in cash, funded through its ABL facility. The deal includes up to C$10 million in contingent consideration based on 2027 performance.
