Further Reports That France Proposes Release Of 50M BBL Europe Diesel, 50M Oil By IEA Members

EU countries are now discussing a French proposal to release 50 million barrels of diesel, alongside another 50 million barrels of crude from IEA members. Europe is also pushing for any deal to include a U.S. commitment not to impose a unilateral diesel export ban.
