Asian cash markets finished mixed: the Nikkei 225 closed down 0.94 percent, the Hang Seng closed down 2.75 percent, the KOSPI closed up 0.46 percent and the ASX 200 closed down 1.22 percent. Asian volume leaders were Xiaomi down 4.2 percent, SoftBank Group down 5.83 percent, AIA Group down 5.57 percent, Alibaba down 2.35 percent and Mitsubishi UFJ down 1.17 percent.
