ASX 200 Weekly Wrap: Banks and tech lift index despite Thursday sell-off

The S&P/ASX 200 closed the week up 0.20% at 8682.1, with gains in banks and technology sectors offsetting a Thursday sell-off. The All Ordinaries rose 0.10% to 8854.7, and the S&P/ASX 300 gained 0.12% to 8609.8. However, the S&P/ASX Small Ordinaries fell 0.87% to 3326.4.
