Commerzbank Shares Lack Upside Amid UniCredit Execution Risks

RBC Capital Markets analysts Anke Reingen and Sherry Lin state that Commerzbank's share price upside is insufficient to offset increased risks and reduced visibility stemming from UniCredit's plans for the German bank. They note that Commerzbank's acquisition of UniCredit's German unit HVB would be a 'sensible move'.
