Ares Management Closes $4.2 Billion Fund, Leads $6.5 Billion Phoenix Tower Deal

Ares Management announced the closing of its $4.2 billion Ares Real Estate Value Strategies Fund IV and its role as lead investor in a $6.5 billion acquisition of Phoenix Tower International.
