Apex Resources Grants Option to Acquire Mineral Claim
Apex Resources Inc. announced that it has entered into an option agreement to acquire a mineral claim, effective October 1, 2026.
Vancouver, British Columbia--(October 2, 2026) - Apex Resources Inc. TSXV:APX (OTCID: SLMLF) ("Apex" or the "Company") says it has entered into an option agreement effective October 1, 2026 (the "Option Agreement") with ReOsiris Inc. ("ReOsiris"), an arm's-length party, to acquire a mineral claim. The agreement is in relation to the mineral claim located on the Tombstone Gold Belt in the Yukon Territory, and the Company said the option is subject to the terms of the Option Agreement.
