Japan's Nikkei retreats from 6-week high

Japan's Nikkei 225 index declined 0.94% to close at 68,309.46 on Friday, retreating from a 6-week high as investors took profits and became cautious about future interest rates, inflation, and geopolitical risks. The index's weekly advance was pared to 2.9%.
