Eurofins completes €575 million MET Labs divestment to UL Solutions

Eurofins Scientific said it has completed the sale of its MET Labs electrical & electronic testing business to UL Solutions, following an April 14, 2026 announcement. The transaction was valued at an enterprise value of €575 million on a cash- and debt-free basis.
