Telkom Indonesia (Persero) may benefit from the completion of phase two of its wholesale fibre connectivity business spinoff into Telkom InfraCo, according to UOB Kay Hian analysts. This consolidation aims to strengthen the scale of the business within Telkom InfraCo.
